Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) isn't just for club officers or future presidents; it's for every Rotarian who wants to get more out of their membership. Whether you're brand new or have been a member for decades, RLI sharpens your understanding of Rotary's structure, deepens your grasp of service and fellowship, and equips you with practical tools for running effective projects and engaging fellow members. It's a chance to network with Rotarians from other clubs, exchange ideas, and come back energized with fresh perspectives you can put to work immediately. Simply put, RLI makes you a stronger Rotarian and a stronger asset to your club — regardless of the title on your badge.
